At RAD Pilates, our dynamic classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and balanced in your body, no matter your starting point.
We understand that your time is precious, therefore each 45-minute class is purposely structured to target specific muscle groups, improve strength, flexibility, and overall body balance, so you get the most out of every session.
We’re open 6 days a week, with classes from 6am to 630pm, making it easy to fit Pilates into your schedule. From Mum + Bub friendly sessions, to strength-building classes, to slow, restorative stretches, there’s something for everyone.
At RAD Pilates, you’ll always feel supported, comfortable, and welcome. Our judgement-free studio celebrates body positivity, focusing on what your body can do, not what it looks like, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience.
