Late Cancellations

RAD Pilates has a 12 hour cancellation window. A late cancel or no show to class will result with a loss of the session.

Cancellations must be made via the Momence app, we will not take any emails/text/calls for cancellations. Please, if you think you won’t make it to a class, cancel as early as possible, as this allows others, who may be on the wait list, to get to come to the class.

What Do I Wear

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable activewear that allows you to move freely. Please avoid anything too loose or overly flowy, as it may get caught in equipment during classes.

Grippy socks are required for Reformer Pilates to help with traction and stability and are available for purchase in-studio

We recommend bringing a sweat towel and water bottle. Sweat towels can be purchased in studio also.

Newbie

If you’re new, please arrive 10 minutes before class. This gives us time to welcome you, show you around the studio, and explain any equipment you’ll be using.

At RAD Pilates, there are absolutely no expectations. You’ll be given options throughout class, please don’t feel like you need to do what everyone else is doing. Everyone was once a beginner.

Most importantly, listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need to. You’re always supported here.

Have An Injury Or Recovering From One

Please let your instructor know of any injuries or niggles you may have, whether they are new or old. We take note of this in our system and will ensure that you will practice safely, giving you modifications to certain exercises if required. However, if your injury is of concern, please do not be offended if your instructor insists you seek medical advice before attending a class.

If you are unsure, please email us. We can assess whether a group setting is appropriate for you, or perhaps a Clinical session.

Pregnant Or Just Had A Baby

Firstly, congratulations! We ask that you receive clearance from your doctor or treating team before returning to exercise. Once cleared, you’re welcome to join our Mums & Bubs–friendly classes or any class on the schedule.

Can I attend classes while pregnant? Yes, if your pregnancy is uncomplicated, you’re welcome to attend Beginner, Open Level and RAD Stretch classes. Our instructors are pre- and postnatal trained and follow current exercise guidelines to support you safely.

I’ve never done Pilates before, can I start while pregnant? Absolutely. Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy and can help prepare your body for birth and postpartum recovery. Please reach out to us via email so we can help guide you to the best option.

Do you provide pregnancy support equipment? Yes, we supply pregnancy wedges in-studio, recommended from 20+ weeks.

Age Limit

To attend RAD Pilates classes without a parent or guardian, you must be 18 years or older. If you're between the ages of 16 and 18, we ask that you attend with a legal parent or guardian. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individuals under 16. There is no upper age limit—if you're eager to keep your body moving, we're here to support you!

Phones

We love a great Instagram pic, so please get snap happy (and tag us @rebeldreamer.studio), but as soon as class has started we have a strict no phones policy. Please do not have your phones on you during class. And please remember to either put your phone on silent or turn it off before class starts, as there is nothing more annoying than a phone ringing mid lunge.

Children In The Studio

For the safety of the children and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the studio or reception area during classes.

Late Entry To Class

Please be aware our front door is locked 5 minutes after class start time. Late comers will be denied entry to class as this is disruptive to other members and your instructor. If you are late to class you will forfeit your class session.

How Many Classes Per Week

If you're just starting with Pilates, attending 2-3 classes is a perfect way to begin. Once you’re enjoying it as much as we do, you can gradually increase to 5-6 classes a week.

To get the most out of your workouts, we recommend a variety of class styles. Throw in a Jump Board class, or relax in a zen Stretch class at the end of the week.

Community Guidelines

We believe every individual in our community should feel safe and valued. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. We take pride in the fact that our studio is one of acceptance and free from all judgment.

Any individual who does not uphold these values will be asked to leave, receive a refund for their sessions, and have their account deactivated..

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the class will result in the session being returned.

Late Cancellations, made within 12 hours of the class, will result in the session being forfeited.

No-shows and absences will also result in the session being forfeited.

This policy applies to individuals on the waitlist as well. If you have added yourself to the waitlist but can no longer attend, please ensure you cancel your spot to avoid any potential penalties.
